FERATA is an independent private audiology practice, built around a concierge model of service that is highly personalised, discreet and designed around the client.
Founded on more than fifteen years of clinical experience, FERATA was created because hearing technology has evolved considerably, yet the way hearing care is delivered has changed very little.
Traditional audiology remains largely centred around the clinic. And while home visits change the location, they do not necessarily change the experience.
FERATA does.
We have created a different model of audiology, defined by discretion, flexibility, clinical expertise and a relationship that extends well beyond a single appointment. This is delivered without compromising the clinical standards that underpin every aspect of our work.
You are seen by an experienced audiologist who comes to know you personally: your hearing, your lifestyle, your priorities and the environments in which communication matters most. That understanding informs every recommendation and evolves with you over time.
Appointments take place where they make sense for you: at home, in the office, at your Private Club or another location of your choosing. If you don't have a suitable location, FERATA can arrange a private setting for your consultation. Appointment times are flexible, after-hours appointments are available, and ongoing clients have direct access to their audiologist beyond the consultation itself.
There are no waiting rooms. Privacy is protected from the first enquiry onwards, and discretion is not an additional service; it is fundamental to the way FERATA operates.

It is experienced across a boardroom table. In a restaurant. During a family conversation. At the theatre, while travelling, at work and in the moments that form everyday life.
FERATA allows us to work with you in those environments when needed, to understand what you are experiencing first-hand and to personalise, verify and refine your hearing in the places where it actually matters.
That is something a traditional clinic appointment cannot always replicate.

Recommendations are guided solely by what is right for the individual, with access to the most advanced hearing technology from leading manufacturers, advanced diagnostic technology and solutions selected around your hearing, lifestyle and priorities rather than a predetermined pathway.

FERATA takes its name from the via ferrata, protected routes through mountainous terrain created with fixed cables, rungs and footholds to provide a clear path through terrain that might otherwise feel inaccessible.
